01Acceptance of Terms & Account Authenticity
By creating an account, scanning, generating, or otherwise utilizing the Alpha QR software platform ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", "our"), operated by AlphaPrime (founded and operated by Santhosh Ravi), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Platform.
To access creator capabilities, you must authenticate via Google OAuth 2.0 or designated secure mechanisms. You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent. You are solely accountable for all activities, generated QR assets, and routed destinations connected with your account.
02The 9 Core Dynamic QR Architectures
Alpha QR provides dynamic sub-second edge routing, landing card micro-apps, vector QR exports, and scan telemetry across 9 specialized architectures:
- 1. Dynamic Link Engine:Sub-50ms global edge URL routing with real-time destination editing, UTM parameter forwarding, and scan geolocation telemetry.
- 2. WhatsApp Direct Engine:1-Tap direct WhatsApp conversation initiation with custom pre-filled inquiry text for instant customer outreach.
- 3. Multi-Link Bio Hub:Ultra-fast mobile landing portal with customizable social tiles, contact buttons, brand banners, and external redirects.
- 4. Food Ordering & Kitchen KDS:Digital contactless menu catalog with dietary indicators, tableside order dispatch to WhatsApp, and live kitchen display management.
- 5. Google Reviews Booster:Intelligent 2-way rating filter routing 4–5 star raters directly to Google Maps while channeling 1–3 star feedback to an internal resolution desk.
- 6. Appointment Scheduler:Digital booking desk allowing clients to select service slots, enter contact particulars, and receive automated scheduling records.
- 7. UPI Crowdfunding & Donations:Direct peer-to-peer deep-link visual tracker with live progress counters and instant payment routing into beneficiary UPI apps.
- 8. Live Opinion Polls:Real-time voter participation bars with browser-level duplicate submission safeguards and visual percentage distributions.
- 9. vCard 4.0 Digital Contact:Instant native smartphone address book contact card download (.vcf) with 1-tap phone, email, and website integration.
03Engine-Specific Disclaimers & Operational Safeguards
Alpha QR functions strictly as a tableside software conduit facilitating communication between dining guests and restaurant staff. AlphaPrime is neither a food business operator (FBO), restaurant operator, cloud kitchen, delivery aggregator, nor food safety regulator under the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). All food preparation, culinary hygiene, allergy warnings, ingredient freshness, pricing accuracy, and physical table fulfillment remain 100% under the exclusive legal responsibility of the host dining establishment.
Table Standee QR (FE QR) Quota & Anti-Spam Covenant: Food Menu dynamic engines allow generating individualized table standee QR codes (designated as "FE QRs"). To prevent infrastructure exploitation and ensure fair capacity across our dining ecosystem, total allowable FE QRs across all active food menu campaigns are strictly capped by subscription tier: Free Tier: maximum 2 Table Standees total; Pro Monthly: maximum 29 Table Standees total; Pro Yearly: maximum 99 Table Standees total. Any attempt to circumvent these limits through multi-campaign splitting or automated table duplication is strictly prohibited and governed by server-side quota verification.
Alpha QR provides visual layouts and standard NPCI UPI deep-linking protocols (`upi://pay`). AlphaPrime does not collect, hold, clear, intermediate, escrow, or transmit donor or customer funds. All financial settlements occur directly peer-to-peer between the donor's UPI application (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, CRED) and the beneficiary's verified UPI ID. Campaign owners assume 100% legal responsibility for campaign veracity, tax obligations, and Indian Income Tax / FCRA compliance.
The Google Review Booster directs users to publicly listed business profiles on Google Maps. Alpha QR does not fabricate, purchase, sell, or algorithmically tamper with Google ratings. Users agree to utilize this tool in strict compliance with Google's User Generated Content and Anti-Incentivization policies.
Alpha QR provides digital scheduling desks for operational convenience. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical, psychiatric, legal, or licensed financial advice. Professional practitioners are solely responsible for licensing, practitioner-client privilege, and appointment fulfillment.
Creators retain sole legal responsibility for ensuring they own or have obtained all necessary licenses, copyrights, and trademark permissions for any custom logos, brand badges, photos, or media embedded in generated QR codes. Alpha QR assumes zero liability for unauthorized trademark usage by its users.
Alpha QR provides advanced digital design suites allowing creators full artistic freedom to customize 1D Linear Barcodes and 2D QR Code matrices with embedded wordmarks, Google Fonts, photo fusion (PicQR), and custom color palettes. While our algorithmic engines dynamically compute scan-safe continuous bands and negative space hugging, optical decoding success in physical production depends on factors outside software control (including user-selected color contrast ratios, printing substrate finish, camera hardware, scanner sensor resolution, and ambient illumination). Users are strictly required to perform physical test scans across multiple scanning devices before commissioning bulk commercial printing, packaging, or manufacturing runs. Alpha QR disclaims all liability for commercial print runs, reprints, merchandise costs, or physical manufacturing damages.
04Prohibited Content, Platform Disengagement & Zero-Tolerance Enforcement
Alpha QR enforces an absolute, zero-tolerance policy against unlawful, malicious, abusive, or harmful usage. You strictly agree NOT to generate QR codes, upload media, or route destinations to content falling under any of the following prohibited categories:
Pornography, sexually explicit videos or imagery, escort solicitations, adult novelty marketing, or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any detection of CSAM triggers immediate reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant cybercrime authorities.
Content insulting, vilifying, or disparaging any religion, religious scriptures, places of worship, spiritual beliefs, or deities; inciting communal discord, caste hatred, sectarian violence, public disorder, or terroristic propaganda under Section 153A, 295A of the Indian Penal Code / Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and international hate crime statutes.
Banking impersonation, fake UPI payment portals, phishing sites, credential harvesting, lottery or crypto doubling schemes, unauthorized betting or gambling portals, ransomware, malware, spyware, trojans, or exploit distribution.
Cyberstalking, personal harassment, doxxing, extortion, unauthorized surveillance, sale of banned narcotics, unauthorized pharmaceuticals, counterfeit items, firearms, explosives, or any activity compromising national security.
AlphaPrime, Alpha QR, its owners, developers, and infrastructure partners function exclusively as a neutral technical software conduit. We do not endorse, sponsor, inspect, moderate, engage in, or assume any civil or criminal liability for User-Generated Content or external URLs routed via our QR codes.
Any unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or harmful act perpetrated through a QR code is solely, exclusively, and personally the legal and criminal liability of the creating user.
Alpha QR utilizes multi-tier automated threat intelligence (Local Blocklists, Google Safe Browsing API, heuristic anomaly detection) alongside an active community reporting desk.
- Upon automated detection, user grievance, or third-party notice of violation, AlphaPrime reserves the absolute right to immediately terminate the account, deactivate all associated QR codes, and purge stored data without prior notice, warning, or refund liability.
- The violator's IP address, email, and destination domains will be permanently blacklisted across our network.
- Law Enforcement Disclosure: In cases involving cybercrime, fraud, religious disharmony, or illegal trafficking, AlphaPrime cooperates 100% with statutory Law Enforcement Agencies (LEA), Cyber Crime Police Cells, CERT-In, and judicial courts, providing all account metadata, IP hashes, access logs, and registration records upon lawful request.
05Subscriptions, 1-Time UPI Architecture & Lifetime Scan Commitment
Alpha QR operates with customer-centric, transparent pricing designed to eliminate predatory recurring auto-debit billing:
For absolute legal clarity under commercial contract law: the term 'lifetime' refers exclusively to the commercial operational lifespan of the Alpha QR platform managed by AlphaPrime — not the biological life of any user. AlphaPrime reserves the right to discontinue or modify the service with a minimum 90-day advance notice to registered users.
The 'Lifetime Scan Guarantee' and 'QRs Never Die' commitment are conditional and shall be deemed null, void, and inapplicable under any of the following circumstances:
- 1. User-Initiated Actions & Manual Deletion: Any voluntary, inadvertent, or accidental deletion, archival, payload corruption, or manual removal of a QR code, campaign, or user account executed from the creator dashboard or via profile settings.
- 2. Acceptable Use Policy Violations & Enforcement Bans: Any account suspended, banned, or terminated due to violation of our zero-tolerance policies (Section 04) — including distribution of malware, phishing URLs, financial fraud, illegal goods, religious provocation, adult content, or spam. All QR codes linked to terminated accounts are permanently invalidated with zero guarantee or liability.
- 3. Systemic Data Incidents & Force Majeure: In the rare and unforeseen event of unrecoverable upstream cloud database corruption, catastrophic hardware disruptions at global provider facilities (e.g., AWS, Vercel, MongoDB Atlas), cyber warfare, or force majeure events. While Alpha QR performs automated database snapshots, AlphaPrime offers no financial guarantee against total catastrophic data loss. Account holders are strictly advised to preserve local offline copies of all exported QR graphic assets (PNG/SVG) and destination configurations.
- 4. Plan Downgrades & Lifecycle Limits: While routing continuity is preserved, advanced interactive features (such as dynamic URL destination re-editing, vector SVG exports, and extended scan telemetry) remain strictly governed by the entitlements of the user's active subscription tier.
Dynamic QR codes intrinsically depend on external telecommunication infrastructure, domain name registrars (ICANN, registry operators), global DNS propagation, and third-party automated web safety engines (including Google Safe Browsing, Microsoft Defender, and search engine crawlers).
In the unforeseen event that an upstream domain registry dispute, external registrar sanction, Google Safe Browsing algorithmic classification, or domain-level blocklist event impacts our primary routing domain through circumstances beyond AlphaPrime's direct operational control:
- Standby Backup Domain Failover: AlphaPrime maintains multi-homed standby infrastructure. In the event of primary domain impairment, our technical team will execute rapid disaster-recovery migration to pre-configured secondary backup domains as soon as technically feasible.
- Email Advisory & Migration Invitation: Critical domain migration instructions, new endpoint routing updates, or secondary domain invitations will be transmitted directly to the creator's registered email address (the Gmail address utilized during Google OAuth sign-in).
- Zero Third-Party Upstream Liability: AlphaPrime bears zero civil, commercial, or regulatory liability for third-party registrar sanctions, internet service provider (ISP) DNS filtering, government firewall blocks, or automated search engine safety classifications outside our direct control.
06QR Code Recycling & Reclaiming Protocol
Alpha QR enables creators to reclaim and repoint dynamic QR codes previously generated or placed in recycling status. When a QR code is recycled, its unique short ID and physical matrix remain intact while the destination payload is updated. This prevents paper waste and ensures high-value marketing collateral retains utility indefinitely.
07Safe Harbor, Intermediary Immunity & Full User Indemnification
Alpha QR functions strictly as an "Intermediary" under Section 2(1)(w) and Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India). As a technology infrastructure provider, we do not initiate transmission, select destinations, or curate user-created QR destinations.
You explicitly agree to defend, indemnify, and hold completely harmless AlphaPrime, Alpha QR, its founders, directors, employees, developers, and infrastructure affiliates from and against any and all civil claims, criminal complaints, liabilities, damages, regulatory penalties, losses, and legal costs (including attorney fees) arising directly or indirectly from:
- Your creation, configuration, distribution, or promotion of any dynamic QR code or destination URL;
- Any text, media, logo, document, or audio-visual asset uploaded or routed by you;
- Any violation by you of these Terms, third-party intellectual property rights, or applicable Indian and international laws;
- Any financial transaction, peer-to-peer donation, or commercial transaction conducted via your QR codes.
Grievance Redressal Officer: In compliance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, grievances regarding trademark violations, copyright infringement, or illegal QR links may be addressed directly to our Grievance Desk at alphaprime.co.in@gmail.com. Actionable notices are reviewed and resolved within 24–36 business hours.
08International Accessibility & 12+ Multi-Language Preference
Alpha QR features an optional Multi-Language Switcher supporting 12+ global and regional languages (English, Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Marathi, Gujarati, Spanish, French, German, Arabic).
- Authoritative English Reference: The foundational, binding language of the Alpha QR platform, codebase, and legal policies is English.
- Automated Dynamic Translations: Translations into regional and international languages are rendered via automated translation utilities for user convenience. While striving for contextual accuracy, the original English text serves as the sole legally binding reference.
09Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular commercial purpose, or error-free continuous uptime.
In no event shall AlphaPrime, its founder Santhosh Ravi, directors, engineers, or hosting affiliates be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages whatsoever. This includes, without limitation:
- Physical Printing & Marketing Expenses: Costs associated with re-printing paper menus, billboards, product packaging, flyers, stickers, business cards, or event merchandise;
- Commercial & Financial Losses: Loss of prospective customer orders, business revenue, lost profits, reputational harm, or campaign interruption resulting from network downtime, domain migration, third-party blocklist events, or data loss;
- Scanner-Side Interactions: Any transaction, dispute, or data exchange between a scanning visitor and the creator's destination link.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian and international consumer protection statutes, AlphaPrime's cumulative total liability arising out of or related to these Terms, the Service, or any generated QR asset—regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, or strict liability)—shall be strictly capped at and limited to the total monetary amount actually paid by you to AlphaPrime under your active plan in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident, or INR 1,000 (whichever is lower for free or promotional tier users).
10Fair Usage Policy (FUP), Storage Allocations & Lifecycle Maintenance
Alpha QR provisions high-performance sub-second edge routing, vector QR exports, and cloud media delivery under clear, automated operational guidelines designed to preserve infrastructure integrity:
To safeguard global routing nodes against automated bot swarms, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS), and programmatic scraping, dynamic QR creation across active Pro accounts is governed by a fair-usage velocity of twenty-five (25) dynamic QR creations per rolling 24-hour cycle. Creation automatically unlocks on a rolling basis as the 24-hour cycle advances.
Free tier accounts are provisioned for evaluation and personal utility (capped at 2 dynamic QR codes and 2 MB total combined storage). To prevent dead-asset accumulation, any Free tier QR code demonstrating zero scan telemetry AND zero creator updates for fourteen (14) consecutive calendar days is categorized as dormant and automatically recycled. Active paid subscriptions (Pro Monthly & Pro Yearly) are strictly immune to dormancy recycling.
Cloud media storage applies strictly to uploaded binary files (PDFs, images, custom logos): Free Tier (2 MB all-inclusive), Pro Monthly (15 MB dedicated media / 20 MB total), and Pro Yearly (50 MB flexible combined pool). When an account attains its storage allocation, further media uploads pause until the user deletes obsolete files via their Storage Manager or upgrades their plan.
Utilizing automated headless browsers, reverse-engineered API hammering, or unauthorized mass-generation scripts is strictly prohibited. Violations trigger immediate account termination and permanent blacklisting under our zero-tolerance security framework.
Food Menu dynamic campaigns feature tableside ordering with individualized table standee QR codes (designated as "FE QRs"). To prevent system tricking, artificial quota inflation, or bulk spamming, cumulative FE QR creation across all active food menu campaigns is strictly governed by account tier: Free Starter: maximum 2 Table Standee QRs total; Pro Monthly: maximum 29 Table Standee QRs total; Pro Yearly: maximum 99 Table Standee QRs total. Multi-campaign table aggregation is enforced at the server level, preventing users from exceeding their tier's total dining table allocation regardless of how many individual food menu campaigns are created.
11SafeGuard™ Disaster Recovery, Immutable Vault & Ownership Transfer Protocol
Alpha QR incorporates the proprietary SafeGuard™ Disaster Recovery Engine, designed to prevent catastrophic data loss and safeguard printed physical collateral across both 2D QR codes and 1D Barcodes:
Every code generated on Alpha QR is automatically fingerprinted with an immutable HMAC-SHA256 signature and mirrored in our isolated SafeGuard Vault. SafeGuard recovery and restoration services are strictly restricted to authentic Alpha QR assets. Foreign or external third-party codes are cryptographically rejected.
All recovery actions require authenticated Google OAuth login matching the legitimate creator or current holder's Gmail address. Code hijacking across accounts is strictly impossible. If a code is already active in runtime, duplicate creation is automatically prevented to maintain database integrity.
When a dynamic code is transferred from Account A to Account B via our Ownership Transfer Engine, all legal and operational recovery rights in the SafeGuard Vault transfer exclusively to Account B upon acceptance. Account A's recovery, restoration, and appeal privileges for that code are permanently and irreversibly extinguished. Any attempt by a prior owner to restore, appeal, or reclaim a transferred asset is classified as unauthorized access and automatically blocked by protocol. For temporary transfers (1h or 24h), holding rights remain with Account B until lease expiration, at which point ownership automatically reverts to Account A.
In instances of accidental deletion or loss of unique short IDs, creators may submit a SafeGuard Recovery Appeal with anti-spam rate limiting. Platform administrators may dispatch recovery payloads accompanied by a 4-digit security claim OTP directly to the user's in-app notification desk (Bell Icon). To protect against automated guessing, OTP entry is subject to an anti-brute force threshold: entering five (5) consecutive incorrect OTPs permanently locks and invalidates the recovery appeal. Resurrected codes retain their identical original short ID, ensuring printed physical materials continue working without URL breakage.
12Third-Party Integrations & WhatsApp Automation Disclaimer
Alpha QR provides optional interoperability with third-party messaging services, including WhatsApp (operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.), for automated receipt delivery and ordering notifications. Usage of this feature is strictly governed by the following terms:
WhatsApp is an independent, proprietary technology owned and operated exclusively by Meta Platforms, Inc. Alpha QR is an independent software platform and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with WhatsApp Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.
Alpha QR does NOT compel, solicit, require, or encourage users to link their personal or business WhatsApp accounts. Connecting your WhatsApp account is entirely voluntary, initiated solely at your own discretion, choice, and risk. You may disconnect or unlink your session at any time directly from your user dashboard.
You explicitly agree that you bear 100% sole civil, criminal, and regulatory responsibility for any and all messages, media, receipts, or automated communications dispatched through your connected WhatsApp number. Alpha QR, AlphaPrime, its founder Santhosh Ravi, and infrastructure operators explicitly disclaim all liability for:
- Any transmission of unsolicited marketing messages, bulk communications, or spam violating Meta Terms of Service or local telecommunications regulations;
- Any fraudulent, misleading, offensive, unlawful, or infringing content transmitted via your linked WhatsApp session;
- Any account limitations, temporary blocks, permanent bans, or service suspensions imposed upon your WhatsApp number by Meta Platforms, Inc. as a result of your usage patterns;
- Any regulatory penalties, damages, or disputes arising between you, your customers, and third-party telecom authorities.
13Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
