By accessing and using Alpha Qr ("Platform"), operated by AlphaPrime ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To use certain features, you must register for an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Prohibited Content

You agree not to generate QR codes that link to:

  • Malicious software, phishing sites, or malware.
  • Illegal, threatening, abusive, or explicitly offensive content.
  • Content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.

We reserve the right to monitor, suspend, or terminate accounts and disable QR codes that violate these terms without prior notice.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer Free, Monthly, and Yearly subscription plans.

  • Payments: All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
  • Refunds: Payments are strictly non-refundable once processed, as digital resources are allocated instantly upon purchase.
  • Renewals: Subscriptions do not auto-renew automatically unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for renewing your plan to retain premium access.

5. Service Availability and Data Loss

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. AlphaPrime shall not be held liable for any loss of data, QR codes, scan analytics, or business interruptions.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AlphaPrime be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, unauthorized access to your data, or any conduct of third parties on the Platform.
