01General Information & Nature of Platform

The information, dynamic QR routing software, and micro-landing page tools provided by Alpha QR ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by AlphaPrime, are made available for general informational and commercial utility purposes. While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime and sub-second edge routing efficiency, we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted operational perfection or suitability for any specific commercial venture.

02User-Generated Content (UGC) & Engine Specific Boundaries

Alpha QR is a technical software intermediary enabling users to create dynamic landing pages across 9 specialized architectures. All destination URLs, menu items, prices, vCard profiles, review links, and uploaded brand logos are User-Generated Content (UGC):

1. Intellectual Property & Brand Trademarks:AlphaPrime does not review, verify, or warrant the copyright or trademark ownership of custom logos, images, or assets uploaded to the platform. Responsibility rests 100% with the account creator. Infringing material will be purged upon receipt of a valid notice at our grievance desk.
2. UPI & Financial Transactions:Alpha QR provides visual layouts and standard NPCI deep-linking protocols (`upi://pay`). AlphaPrime is NOT a payment aggregator, digital wallet, or escrow agent. All fund transfers occur directly peer-to-peer between scanning individuals and the beneficiary account holder via authorized banking apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, CRED).
3. Food Ordering & Health Disclosures:Alpha QR functions strictly as a tableside digital ordering conduit. We do not prepare, handle, inspect, sell, or transport food items. Food hygiene, allergen disclosures, pricing accuracy, and physical fulfillment remain the exclusive legal responsibility of the host dining establishment under FSSAI regulations.
4. Appointments & Professional Counsel:Scheduling tools are provided for desk management and communication convenience only. Nothing on this site or generated through our tools constitutes licensed medical, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice.
5. Platform Disengagement & Absolute Creator Criminal Liability:Alpha QR functions strictly as a neutral technology infrastructure intermediary. AlphaPrime does not author, preview, verify, endorse, engage in, or assume any civil or criminal liability for User-Generated Content or external target destinations. Any unlawful acts, cybercrimes, financial scams, religious or communal hate speech, defamation, or adult/obscene media distribution are solely and exclusively the personal and criminal liability of the account creator. AlphaPrime will cooperate 100% with statutory law enforcement agencies (LEA, Cyber Crime Units, Courts) by furnishing creator metadata, IP hashes, and access logs.
Scanner Caution & Verification Notice:Scanning any QR code is done at the scanner's own discretion. We advise users to verify the destination web domain and authenticate businesses prior to sending money, entering confidential credentials, or placing orders.

Dynamic QR codes generated on Alpha QR point to third-party websites, webhooks, or resources outside our control. We do not investigate, monitor, or endorse the accuracy, safety, or legality of third-party external destinations. Navigating to external websites is done at your own risk.

04100% Lifetime Scan Operational Notice, Domain Dependencies & Exclusions

Alpha QR's "100% Lifetime Scan Guarantee" and "QRs Never Die" commitment guarantees that physical printed dynamic QR codes will not be artificially broken, expired, or returned as 404 errors solely because a creator's paid subscription has lapsed or transitioned to the Free tier.

1. Situations Where the Guarantee Is Void:

The scan guarantee is strictly conditional upon good-faith usage and is inapplicable under: (a) user-initiated manual deletions or dashboard purges; (b) accounts banned or terminated due to prohibited content, cyber fraud, phishing, or malware violations; (c) catastrophic cloud hosting hardware failures or force majeure events where standard data recovery procedures apply. Users must keep offline backups of exported QR graphic matrices.

2. Upstream Domain & Security Registry Dependencies:

Dynamic redirection depends on DNS infrastructure, registrar policies, and automated external threat monitors (e.g., Google Safe Browsing, search engine filters). If external registrar sanctions, Google Safe Browsing flags on user destinations, or upstream DNS disruptions impact primary routing domains, Alpha QR executes failover to standby backup domains and transmits migration notices directly to the creator's registered Gmail address. AlphaPrime disclaims liability for external registry actions outside its technical control.

3. No Liability for Physical Printing or Marketing Expenses:

In no event shall AlphaPrime or its operators be held legally or financially liable for costs associated with physical merchandise, billboards, product packaging, menus, or paper printing incurred by users, nor for lost business revenue or campaign interruptions resulting from scan downtime or domain transitions.

Free Tier 'As-Is' Provision & 14-Day Dormancy Lifecycle:

Data storage (capped at 2 MB combined) and configurations on Free Tier accounts are provided on an 'AS-IS' promotional basis. Any Free Tier dynamic QR code with zero scan activity and zero updates for fourteen (14) consecutive calendar days is automatically recycled to prevent edge resource exhaustion. Creators can monitor and reclaim storage space at any time via the dashboard Self-Service Storage Manager. Paid accounts (Pro Monthly & Pro Yearly) enjoy guaranteed permanent active retention and higher storage pools.
