How do I create a QR code?
Log in to your account, click 'Create QR' in the top navigation or your dashboard. Select your QR type (URL, vCard, Multi-link, etc.), fill in the details, customize the design, and hit Save. Your QR code is ready instantly!
What is the difference between a static and dynamic QR code?
Static QR codes are fixed — once created, the destination cannot be changed. Dynamic QR codes (what Alpha Qr generates) let you update the destination URL, title, and content anytime without reprinting the code. They also support analytics.
How many QR codes can I create on the Free plan?
The Free plan allows you to create up to 3 QR codes. Upgrading to the Monthly or Yearly Pro plan removes this limit entirely, giving you unlimited QR codes.
Can I edit a QR code after creating it?
Yes! All QR codes on Alpha Qr are dynamic. You can go to your Dashboard, find the QR code, click Edit, and update the destination or content at any time. The physical QR code itself does not need to be reprinted.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Alpha Qr never stores your credit card information on our servers.
My QR code is not scanning. What should I do?
Ensure the QR code has enough contrast (dark on light background). Check that the destination URL is valid and not broken. If the QR code is printed, make sure it is not distorted or too small (minimum 2cm x 2cm is recommended).
Can I download my QR code as a high-resolution image?
Yes! After creating your QR code, you can download it as PNG or SVG. SVG is recommended for print use as it is infinitely scalable without quality loss.
